The Challenge:
The objective was to build a comprehensive lifestyle brand identity that seamlessly unifies streetwear, experiential events, and a record label under a cohesive visual umbrella. The challenge lay in capturing the raw, authentic energy of street and music culture while elevating the brand execution to attract high-profile industry partners and corporate event sponsorships.
The Strategy & Process:
I designed a sensory-driven brand strategy that positions Ganja Glam as a premium cultural anchor rather than a standard apparel line. The visual approach bridges street culture with luxury execution, deploying a high-impact logo suite and custom typography across a multi-channel ecosystem. To elevate the physical consumer experience, I focused on tactile, high-end packaging touchpoints that extend the brand narrative directly into the hands of the audience.
The Impact:
- Sponsorship Acquisition: The comprehensive branding and strategic marketing assets were instrumental in securing over 50,000 dollars in corporate sponsorships.
- B2B Network Growth: Successfully collaborated with and integrated over 50 cannabis brands into the experiential event ecosystem.
- Sub-Brand Expansion: Established a highly scalable architecture that seamlessly launched a dedicated music imprint, Freshly Pressed Dubs, without diluting the parent brand’s core identity.
